Gooney Bird Consulting was founded by Megan Deaton, PMP, an aviation program leader with experience supporting aircraft modification, flight operations, compliance, and technical program execution across government and commercial aviation environments.
Her experience includes aircraft modification programs, government flight operations, airworthiness documentation, subcontractor management, technical data systems, certification support activities, and operational compliance initiatives.
